Every Sally gets every capability. A bigger market gets more than one Sally, each with her own book — never a different set of things she’s allowed to do.

No commission

The price is the price. Sally takes no cut of the deals she sources — no attribution to argue over, no invoice that grows because she did her job. You pay for her to work the book; the revenue she brings in is yours.

The book

An account is a company in her book, with every contact inside it — the champion, the CFO, the person who just got promoted. She tiers it, watches it, and works it for as long as it takes; accounts you close roll out, accounts you name roll in. Which accounts belong to her motion, and how existing relationships are treated, are agreed before she begins.

FAQ

The obvious questions.

What does Sally actually do?

She works a defined book of business the way an elite B2B salesperson would: builds and prioritizes it, learns the accounts, watches for change, develops relationships, takes live sales calls, follows up, tracks the buying committee, and moves deals toward revenue.

Is Sally an AI SDR?

No. An AI SDR primarily automates prospecting and meeting generation. Sally is responsible for the account and the commercial relationship around it.

What happens when an account isn’t ready?

Usually, nothing. She keeps watching. If something meaningful changes later, she sees it in the context of everything that happened before.

Can Sally really take a sales call?

Yes. A prospect can move directly from an email conversation into a live spoken call with Sally. She knows the account and thread before the call begins.

Does Sally text and call prospects?

Yes, both, from your own phone number. She texts only people who have opted in — you say “text everyone on the list,” a prospect gives her their number over email, or they text her first — and STOP always works. On the phone she calls a tier-one account’s main business line during their business hours, calls back anyone who asked her to, and answers when someone calls in. A cold call ends the way a good one does, with the buyer’s email and a note in their inbox that afternoon; she never proposes a meeting time. She never dials mobiles or personal lines cold, never calls into states where the law says not to, and never records audio — every call is transcribed and comes to you in the evening debrief.

Can she close?

If you want her to. You set the commercial boundaries and the point where you want to become involved.

How do I manage her?

Email. Give instructions in plain English. She works, then sends you a debrief with what happened, what changed, and what she plans to do next.

How long does onboarding take?

Usually about 48 hours. Sally does the first research and market model, you correct it, connect the mailbox, define the book, and she starts.

Does Sally integrate with our CRM?

No. Sally's pipeline is the system of record — she'll happily ingest an export of yours as part of how the book gets built, but she doesn't sync back to it. Ask her in plain English instead: email her "give me a Q4 forecast based on historicals" or "who's likely to close in the next three weeks" and the answer comes back the way it would from a great head of sales.

Does Sally take a commission?

No. She's $3,500 a month for a book of up to 5,000 named accounts, and that's the whole bill — no commission on the deals she sources, no seats, no per-email or per-call charges. If you connect Stripe or QuickBooks read-only, it's so she can learn from which deals actually paid, not so we can invoice you for them. Which accounts belong to her book and how existing relationships are treated are agreed before she begins.

What if a prospect wants to talk to a human?

That exit is open at every moment of the call — before a single slide, mid-objection, thirty seconds in. Sally stops selling, captures what they actually want from a person, and closes the conversation warmly. The deal then lands with you as a structured Deal Brief with everything she'd already learned attached, so whoever picks it up starts where she stopped rather than at the beginning. She doesn't patch them through to a live human, and she doesn't stall pretending she's about to. A handoff is a handoff, not a hold. On the phone it works the same way: she says a colleague will follow up, ends the call, and the Deal Brief is in your inbox before the prospect has put the phone down.

Does what she learns from my book leak to other customers?

No. Craft crosses; content never does. What crosses between accounts is technique — pacing, sequencing, when to ask for the close, how to handle a competitor-anchored skeptic, how to run a call with someone who's given you five minutes. What never crosses is your accounts, pricing, positioning, deal history, customer list, or product facts. That lives in your account and stays there. The same wall that stops her inventing a price stops her carrying your book of business into somebody else's account.

Will buyers know they're speaking with AI?

Sally never falsely claims to be human. She operates as part of your company and communicates naturally, and she identifies herself accurately when asked or when disclosure is appropriate.

Does she work outside English and outside US hours?

Yes. She runs calls around the clock and in parallel, in the prospect’s own language, and tailors outreach to prospects who speak Portuguese, Spanish, French — whatever it may be — in their native tongue. That matters most for companies selling into the US from abroad, where the alternative is an availability gap and every demo at 8pm local.

How is our data protected?

Customer, prospect, messaging, and training data are isolated to your account and encrypted in transit and at rest. Your private business information isn’t used to train general-purpose models, and access follows the permissions you configure. Revenue system connections are read-only.
